A Day in the Life

Life’s too short for a boring internship. Ready to jump into the fast-paced heart of our Supply Chain? As a Customer Care Intern, you will report to the Customer Care Manager within our Consumer Products Division team in Milan. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the entire Order-to-Cash flow, ensuring our iconic brands reach our customers seamlessly.

You will be at the core of our operations, helping to:

• Master Order Management: Support the team in managing the daily flow of customer orders using key systems like SAP, ensuring accuracy from reception to delivery.
• Drive Logistics Excellence: Monitor shipments and delivery slots, collaborating with our logistics partners to quickly resolve any issues and keep things moving.
• Solve Business Challenges: Assist in analysing and managing customer claims, working cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to find effective solutions.
• Turn Data into Action: Support the team in tracking and reporting on key service-level KPIs (like On-Time-In-Full), contributing to projects that make our processes even better.

We Are Looking For

We’re Looking For Someone With An Analytical Mind And a Can-do Attitude, Ready To Make a Real Impact. You’re a Great Match If You Are

• A recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel; you are comfortable with data and enjoy using it to solve problems.
• A proactive and curious learner with a flexible mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
