POSITION SUMMARY

Delta Hotels is seeking a dedicated full time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.

• Assist in the installation and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas.

• Support the maintenance team in various projects as needed.

• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.

Experience:

• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.

• Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.

• Experience in plumbing, painting, electrics a plus.

• Strong customer service skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.

• Leadership qualities to take initiative and work independently when necessary.

• Mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
