The role
As a Learning and Development Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be part of a team that plays an integral role in ensuring the workforce are appropriately trained and competent to carry out a wide range of roles.
Day-to-day, you’ll arrange the delivery of Babcock Clyde annual training plans and programmes, managing delegate lists, joining instructions, attendance sheets and evaluation processes. You will also:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
