About the Role

As a Junior Digital Consultant, you will work with dentsu’s digital agencies in developing and executing performance strategies across search, social, and display channels. The team delivers data-informed digital media initiatives that help clients achieve their business goals, and this role will help with campaign execution, performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

We offer a 6-month internship with a monthly compensation of €800. This is a hybrid position.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team with the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (search, social, and display)
• Use dedicated platforms and tools to monitor performance and ensure campaign delivery
• Review campaign results and prepare reports to assess key performance indicators
• Assist in managing client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment

Requirements

• Relevant background or practical experience in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital media, performance marketing, and communication
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks, asks questions to clarify priorities, and applies feedback to build new skills
• Comfortable reviewing campaign data and working with numerical performance metrics
• Familiarity with digital tools and ability to learn and use new technologies and platforms
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Produces accurate work, checks details carefully, and maintains consistency in reports and campaign setup
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
