Purpose of the role:

The Cash Management / Accounts Receivable position plays a key role within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) stream, supporting accurate and timely financial operations in Oracle EBS. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to process excellence through daily operational tasks, month-end and year-end close activities, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilites:

-Monitoring AR and CM related transactions in the Oracle system and making necessary corrections
-Reviewing and reconciling customer account balances and investigating on discrepancies
-Preparing AR- and CM-related journal entries Ensuring daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
-Performing period-end activities, including reconciling invoices and payments, running AR month-end reports, closing AR, and performing period-end reconciliations
-Performing ORACLE system operations
-Responding to queries from other finance departments and affiliates,
-Responding to queries from Amway Business Owners (ABO) through Zendesk
-Dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties
-Identifying potential process improvements
-Supporting other team members in day-to-day processes
-Identifying issues or risks and working with team members to resolve them
 

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

-Understanding of accounting principles
-Previous experience on finance/accounting teams (R2R/OTC)
-Analytical skills, attention to details, self-starter
-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
-English Speaker
-Russian speaker as a plus
-Change Driver Behavior and Attitude
-Continuously learning with the ability to master new technologies, standards and best practices
-Taking ownership of issues
-Good command of Microsoft Office
-Continuous Improvement Mindset
