The position
You will be a strategic advisor, responsible for the IT validation processes, and provide your expertise in IT compliance, project management, and general IT & OT support. Daily, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR) and external partners to drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance. You be having a close collaboration with our IT compliance team in relation to continuous improvement and update of our QMS.
Your key responsibilities:

-Support the development and implementation of IT & OT strategy and provide input to tactical planning.
-Identify and manage the implementation of new requirements for IT systems and services. Support IT/OT managers in maintaining an overview of validated systems and facilitate IT and OT risk management.
-Obtain the lead implementation and validation of IT solutions across the organisation, this includes both being a sparring partner to colleagues but also driving validation and implementation activities independently
-Participate in relevant forums to support IT compliance. Handle complex changes and deviations, present at audits, and advise on official replies to audit findings.
-Manage larger IT & OT-related initiatives and projects. Ensure operational management is considered in projects and major IT & OT tasks.
-Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional projects, support audits and inspections, and promote continuous improvement within the department.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

-M.Sc or B.Sc in computer science, business administration, engineering, automation & controls, or other relevant fields.
-Strong experience in validation and implementation of IT/OT solutions including entire documentation package eg. risk assessment, testing, protocols and reports.
-Strong experience with operation and maintenance of IT and OT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
-Knowledge of IT solutions such as SCADA, PLC systems and computerized equipment such a laboratory equipment eg. HPLCs.
-Fluent in written and spoken English.
-Experience GxP or similar regulated industries
The ideal candidate is quality-minded, structured, and possesses strong analytical skills. You should have excellent networking and interpersonal skills along with a high sense of responsibility.
About the department
You will join the IT System Management team for Manufacturing and Supply chain IT. Our team is dedicated to managing IT solutions, ensuring compliance, and supporting business processes. Our dynamic and collaborative atmosphere encourages innovation and personal development, making it an exciting place to work. The team consists of 9 dedicated employees, all working as IT Solutions Managers, covering both projects and daily operations.
