The position
As Investment Manager, you will join a team of 15 colleagues working within finance, procurement, compliance and investments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members to develop decision materials for senior management, ensuring adherence to timelines and high-quality standards in both management reporting and decision material creation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Consolidating and challenging the overall Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) investment portfolio, including budget and monthly reporting, and maintain updated monthly cash flow forecasts
-Ensuring timely approvals of investments, continuously update project portfolio management systems, and develop digital tools for transparent and automated reporting
-Driving Long Term Financial Forecasting for investments, setting process standards and scalable templates
-Support sites and programme managers in business case preparation
-Provide analytical support and act as a business partner to AM sites for global stakeholders
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to collaborate globally with our project portfolio managers across the AM network to optimise and share best practices in project portfolio management. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
-A MSc Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant academic degree
-At least 5 years of experience within Project and Portfolio management, administration and/or finance
-Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure
-Understanding of pharmaceutical products and production processes will be considered as an advantage
-Confidence and ability to constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation
-Professional proficiency in English
As a person you can work independently, build, and maintain relationships and address problems in a proper time manner. Moreover, you are well-organized and have a structured approach to your work; you excel in multitasking while prioritising your efforts in an optimal way. Furthermore, you demonstrate an ability to simplify complex concepts through PowerPoint presentations that facilitate decision-making. You demonstrate good communication skills, and you work well in a team and cross functionally with stakeholders.

AM Finance, Investments & Procurement (FIP) is a part of AM Business Development & Support, located in Bagsværd – an international and high-performing department, consisting of ~70 people from approximately 20 countries. AM FIP team is responsible for driving resource allocation, creating insights and proposing actions based on data. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity and expanding our global production network across AM.
