What you’ll be doing

  • Provide strategic communication advice to leadership to boost engagement.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, offering insights on communication best practices.

  • Develop and deliver the internal communications strategy, aligned with our broader goals.

  • Create and implement annual communication plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

  • Manage communications for organisational changes, providing clear, high-level messaging.

  • Communicate our strategy and vision, making it relatable and inspiring for all employees.

  • Champion a colleague-first approach, understanding their needs and creating accessible communications.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots and understand the impact of changes.

  • Strong planning abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Creative and collaborative, with experience in diverse communication channels.

  • Skilled at simplifying complex information into engaging content.

  • Independent and able to manage high-profile projects with sensitivity.

  • Experience in campaign planning and stakeholder management.
