Hybrid IT Portfolio Lead in Belgium

Your role

We are looking for a Hybrid IT Portfolio Lead to join the European Uvance Growth and Portfolio team. Our team is the interface that links our countries’ services needs with our growing global portfolio across Uvance. We are at the centre of Fujitsu’s strategic drive towards a truly globalised portfolio of services offerings, which will allow us to realise the benefits of scale and investment efficiency. To gain the greatest advantage from the strategy it is essential that the requirements of our countries and their markets are well understood and robustly represented as key drivers for global development. Your work will ensure that our customer-facing teams are provided with the portfolio of offerings they need to be able to delight our customers, ultimately contributing to Fujitsu’s success. Your role will involve:

· Building and maintaining a set of stakeholder contacts within the countries of the region and globally

· Understanding the Hybrid IT portfolio’s requirements from the regional stakeholders, using those requirements to create a picture of regional demand and representing that demand within the region and globally via Uvance

· Sharing global portfolio output from Uvance into the countries and territories

· Supporting countries through enablement and training for selling and delivering the portfolio

· Maintaining an outside-in view of our Hybrid IT portfolio through market scanning, understanding our competition and engagements with analysts (e.g. Gartner, Forrester, ISG)

· Leading any Product Managers assigned to the European Hybrid IT Portfolio

Your experience

· Substantial experience of designing, selling and / or delivering complex Hybrid IT solutions

· Significant experience in a leadership role within a customer-facing context

· Extensive experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships both internally and within customer organisations

· High-level understanding of technologies in the Hybrid IT area including Digital Platform, Network and Security products and services

· Good understanding of business principles
