The Role:

As our future HR Business Partner, whilst reporting into the EMEA HR Director based out of the UK, you’ll be partnering with our Supply Chain Director of Operations in Warsaw. In your role you’ll be accountable for the people & organizational plan, and for the employee life cycle for our main Operations functions: logistics, production, planning procurement, maintenance, quality, manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement.  You will play a key role in the transition and establishment of a new world class facility in Warsaw, support HR transformation projects and will have an active role in organisation design and development projects.

What you will do:

-Support the development and deployment of the people and organizational plan for the transition to our “new facility”.
-Establish change management planning, engagement interventions and communication plan.
-Work closely with the HRBP for Product Division Engineering, Commercial & HR Operations (also in Warsaw) to ensure alignment and seamless deployment and execution.
-Develop, deploy, and implement HR processes across responsible locations.
-Lead organization design and development projects as determined by business need, including M&A integration if required.
-You will support career growth, performance, development and coaching for your managers.
-You will play an active role in HR transformation projects.
-Manage employee relations issues e.g., disciplinary and absences etc.
-Talent management: you will implement talent management processes to enable management of our high potentials and support career growth and development.
-Performance Management: you will support managers to drive performance across our teams providing HR insight, tools and processes.
-Learning & Development: undertake needs assessment to build capabilities and skills including 3rd party partnering and development of learning content (70:20:10 philosophy).
-Talent acquisition: you will support the identification, replacement and hiring through partnering with the TA team in Poland and EMEA and hiring managers. Including an active role in determining need, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
-Reward: provide advice and guidance on reward topics including benchmarking, with people managers and employees.
-Policy & procedure: development and implementation. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law.
-Engagement and retention: you will ensure engagement and communication actions are in place working in partnership with the managers and proactively identify and address retention risks.
 

What you need to have:

-Proven track record of a minimum 10 years as a HR Business Partner within a matrix, international and Operations focused organization.
-Experience in an industrial company mandatory.
-Solid understanding of employment law in Poland.
-Preferred experience of location transfers / new site build.
-A strong change management background including application and preferred methodology and tools.
-Ability to build rapport quickly with the members of the management team.
-Confident in advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
-Proven experience in managing business transfer, redundancy, or other relevant HR projects.
-A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
-Fully proficiency in English.
-Communication skills, results oriented, ownership, teamwork spirit, be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
