What you’ll do
HR Service Associate is responsible to provide and resolve employee and manager queries, consult employees and carry-out operational people administrative tasks across the whole employee life cycle (e.g. onboarding, contractual changes). The successful candidate will closely team up with the local P&C colleagues in BeNeLux MU, HR Director, work closely with Data Management, Works Council, Facility, Payroll and colleagues from other supporting functions as with the local business units.
Manage HR operations across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg throughout the employee life cycle.
Provide second-level support for HR inquiries from local employees and managers in line with Service Level Agreements.
Oversee onboarding, administrative processes, contractual changes, benefits, and termination cases.
Promote standard intake channels for People & Culture interactions and support local HR communications.
Partner with local and global P&C functions (HR Director, HRBPs, CoEs) on issue resolution, Post Merger Integration, and service improvements.
Collect feedback to identify improvement opportunities and maintain the Local SAP ONE Pages and internal Knowledge Base.
Build strong relationships with HR functions, vendors, and governmental institutions to ensure efficient, compliant processes.
What you bring
2 years in a similar HR role, preferably in a shared service environment.
Analytical with attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to continuous change.
Self-motivated, able to execute initiatives independently.
Knowledge of Belgium labor law and experience with Works Council is a plus.
Comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
