About the roleIn this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations. You will join one of our offices around the world to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to all our other markets.ResponsibilitiesWhen you join Fever, you are joining a company that will invest in your professional development. You will receive training and coaching on how to:
- Develop strong relationships with C-level executives at major entertainment companies
- Build and manage profitable events through P&L and budget management
- Negotiate and close business deals (e.g., co-investments, JVs) with various partners
- Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes
- Learn and apply strategies to maximize sales, customer ratings, and operational quality
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver profits for the business
- Work with production and creative on delivering successful experiences that can scale
- Scale our experiences to other cities (opportunity for travel)
- Pitch projects, both internally and to major entertainment companies
- Represent Fever at local events and conferences
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, partnerships, investment banking, project management, and/or start-ups
- Action-bias problem solvers with an entrepreneurial spirit able to independently own and manage complex, long-term projects
- Ability to apply strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profits, and ratings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to craft compelling stories and arguments for internal and external audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to influence/persuade individuals at all levels (this is a high visibility role)
- Networking skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives across the entertainment and live events ecosystem
- Natural curiosity and attention to detail, coupled with a willingness to push boundaries
- This is not a position for an event production background

Our hiring process
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Team to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
- A 30 min interview with your future manager to assess fit and capabilities
- A 45-60 min business case presentation (to be prepared in advance) to a small panel
