The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, EMEA to act as a strategic and operational business partner across multiple countries within the region. In this role, you will drive the execution of HR strategies, support business leaders, and contribute to building a high-performing, people-centric organization.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives while fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

-Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders across the EMEA region
-Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
-Oversee end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
-Support and lead organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
-Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and alignment with global HR policies
-Manage and develop HR processes and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
-Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders across multiple regions
Your Profile

-Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international environment
-Strong experience working with senior leadership teams
-Solid understanding of multi-country HR operations and labor law frameworks
-Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix organization
