Your role

Join CEVA’s dynamic Core Transversal Functions division as a Global Solution Design Expert, where your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping innovative logistics solutions within our Contract Logistics business unit. This position is based in CEVA France and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our global operational excellence.

As a Global Solution Design Expert within the Solution Design organisational unit, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced, scalable logistics solutions that meet and exceed client requirements across multiple regions. Your work will impact CEVA’s global strategy by integrating best practices and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for contract logistics.

What are you going to do ?

• Solution Development: Lead the design of end-to-end supply chain solutions that optimise logistics performance, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution of solutions.
• Innovation: Identify and apply emerging technologies and process improvements to enhance solution effectiveness and sustainability.
• Client Engagement: Partner with client stakeholders to understand their needs, translate these into detailed solution requirements, and provide expert advice throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Documentation and Standards: Develop comprehensive solution documentation, maintain design standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of solution design methodologies.
• Training and Support: Support internal teams through training sessions and provide technical assistance to ensure successful solution adoption and ongoing optimisation.

Who are we looking for ?

• Proven expertise in logistics solution design, preferably within contract logistics environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain processes and technologies.
• Demonstrable experience working in global or multi-regional contexts.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and client representatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional certification in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).

This position can be based in Spain, France, or Germany.
