Inside Sales – Visual Communication

Our client, a dynamic medium-sized European manufacturer of high-quality visual communication products, is looking for an Inside Sales professional to strengthen their Benelux team. As a key player in a larger, financially solid investment group, this organisation combines the warm, hands-on atmosphere of an SME with the structure, security and growth opportunities of a bigger cluster. They actively invest in the development of their people through on x2011;the x2011;job coaching, exposure to international stakeholders and the chance to grow into broader commercial or coordination roles. In this role, you will be at the centre of the Benelux customer portfolio and directly contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction and long x2011;term partnerships.

Role Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for Benelux clients: prepare and analyse quotations, process orders from A to Z and proactively follow up to ensure smooth delivery and a top x2011;tier customer experience, directly supporting commercial growth targets.
* Detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities in every interaction, contribute to pricing strategies and collaborate on marketing actions and sales campaigns to strengthen the company’s market position.
* Operate as the internal hub between sales, operations, logistics, purchasing and production, ensuring seamless information flow and helping the organisation deliver high-quality products and services on time.

Requirements

* Background in Business Management (ideally with Marketing or Sales focus) or solid experience in internal sales, customer service or sales administration, allowing you to quickly take ownership of the Benelux customer portfolio.
* Experience with preparing offers, processing orders and following up with customers, supported by knowledge of cost price calculation, margin management, basic pricing principles and the use of ERP/CRM systems-giving you the tools to perform strongly from day one.
* Based in or around Mouscron, with native-level Dutch and fluent French plus good English skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset, commercial insight, accuracy, proactivity and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
