Global Marketing Manager – Life Sciences

An innovative and fast-growing international company in the life sciences and diagnostics sector is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to lead its worldwide marketing strategy and support its continued international growth.

This is a senior leadership role where you will drive global marketing initiatives, lead a team, and play a key role in shaping the company’s digital marketing and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and implement the global marketing strategy aligned with international growth objectives
* Lead and develop a team of marketing and product professionals
* Drive digital marketing transformation, including data-driven campaigns and marketing automation
* Lead the development and launch of e-commerce initiatives
* Manage CRM and marketing systems to optimize lead generation and performance
* Support international distributors and sales teams with strong marketing programs
* Track performance through KPIs and marketing analytics

Your Profile

* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in international B2B marketing
* At least 5 years of management experience
* Experience within life sciences, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven mindset
* Fluent in English
