Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Within Faurecia Clean Mobility, the Global HSE Coordinator VIE is responsible to lead and support several missions, in his/her role:

• Define global technical rules based on past events of the sites (HSE Mandatory rules, chemical use, …) with a close work with the divisions and the plant (audit of existing procedures and best practices, synthesis, …)
• Participate in the enforcement of the Faurecia HSE policies in the Business Group organization with support to the sites (Organize workshops ).
• Lead the deployment of Group initiatives (Bevahior Based Safety, PPE Productivity, Waste/Chemicals reduction,…)
• Follow the global implementation of the HSE alerts and Group transversal Memo
• Prepare the global monthly reporting and take the management of the FCM yearly environmental reporting
• Support on the capitalization on Lesson Learned, Good Practices within FCM and the Group.
• Propose improvements and updates to the BG HSE standards and procedures
• Manage the HSE internal communication site and up-date the FCM HSE shareplace
• Any other tasks improving HSE risk awareness at the plants
• Develop the ergonomics tools within FCM
• 40% of the activity will be linked directly to the hosting plant/Division HSE requests

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Master’s degree in Engineering / Basics in HSE (Specialization recommended)

Skills & Competencies:

• International mindset
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
• Technical expertise in machinery or chemicals would be an added value
• First experience in Industry business would be also an added value

Salary Range: EUR 33000-38000
