Through this international experience, you will spread Accor’s culture & values by contributing to outstanding Employer Branding initiatives and projects that aim to attract and retain Talent at Accor. This apprenticeship / internship is a great opportunity to partner with several departments and brands, and to develop communications, digital marketing and project management skills, while learning more about HR.Your main responsibilities:Build internal and external Employer Branding campaigns and assets to support our Group’s recruitment demand and ambition and increase Heartists®’ retention.

You have interests in social media and digital platforms and are eager to learn more about Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. You have a creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute communication campaigns.Level of studies: preparing a bachelor or master’s degree
Fields of Studies: Communications, or Digital Marketing, or Human Resources, or Project Management
Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus but not mandatory.
