We are seeking a Senior Agile Technical Resource with expertise in solution design to join the eDrive program within the Transport Executions business domain. The program’s key deliverables include mobile apps, cloud backend (Azure), web interfaces, and integration with legacy systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, analyze, and optimize organizational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with department heads to align processes with strategic goals
• Design and implement functional strategies to support growth
• Monitor and report on strategy performance
• Drive continuous improvement of lean delivery processes
• Participate in the DIOR program and Guild for applying delivery models across teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or related field
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, and Change Management
• Minimum of 5 years of ICT experience
• Fluent in English (C2); French or Dutch (C2)
• Availability to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days a week
• Experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years) and with SAFE/Scrum
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Expertise in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
• Ability to challenge requirements critically and record conclusions
• Experience with BPMN

Highly Valued (or Willing to Learn):

• IT application design/implementation experience
• Experience with Azure or .NET
• Familiarity with Gherkin
