Our client is a national railway infrastructure manager in Belgium, overseeing the maintenance, development, and safety of the railway network.Your tasks include:

  • Serve as a point of contact in gathering customer requirements.
  • Study requests and verify their technical feasibility in accordance with internal standards.
  • Draft functional specifications taking into account customer needs.
  • Configure SAP systems.
  • Write and maintain configuration documentation.
  • Prepare technical specifications as input for SAP developers.
  • Establish test scenarios.
  • Test configuration, change requests, and new developments.
  • Train key users and support them during end-user training.
  • Provide optimal support to clients (bug resolutions, process adaptations, on-site support, etc.).
  • Monitor batch jobs/interfaces.

You will refine your expertise in the underlying operational processes within Infrabel to master them, support users in implementing these processes, and also contribute to their ongoing optimization.Within the BCC team, you work under the supervision of the SAP coordinator and report to them.National railway infrastructure manager in Belgium|Functional AnalystYou have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Required professional experience: You have professional experience in SAP configuration, preferably in the PM module. You have initial professional experience in a similar role.Technical SkillsYou have a strong knowledge of SAP PM/EAM, Fiori, and mobile applications in an ERP environment. Experience in a support role and in process support is a significant asset. You are a French speaker and have practical knowledge of the second national language. Additionally, you can express yourself in English.Behavioral SkillsYou demonstrate a strong analytical ability and can develop a coherent understanding of various aspects of a problem, its causes, and possible links. You propose optimal solutions to specific requests from internal clients. You act in the best interest of the company and actively contribute to the implementation of its missions, values, and objectives. You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, and can convey a clear and understandable message.
