Job Title: Front Office Agent

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Salary: A‚¬35,000-37,700 gross per year

For our client, a 5* luxury hotel opening soon in Rotterdam, we are looking for Front Office Agents .

Key responsibilities:

Greet guests with a professional, warm, and service-focused approach.

Oversee check-in, check-out, and all front desk operations.

Address guest requests, questions, and concerns to ensure a pleasant experience.

Administer reservations, room allocations, and guest records.

Handle payment processing, invoicing, and daily cashier duties.

Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other teams for smooth operations.

Keep precise records and uphold brand standards.

Assist in establishing procedures and service standards for the hotel launch.

Key requirements:

Prior experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in 4/5-star properties.

Experience with hotel launches is advantageous.

Excellent communication and guest service abilities.

Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are a strong asset.

Maintain a positive outlook, collaborative spirit, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
