-Working in an international environment and reporting to the EMEA headquarter based in Madrid
-Supporting the process of standardization and simplification in the finance area
-Exciting projects around the topic of simplification in the finance area and compliance with company guidelines
Role Responsibilities
-Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in France in accordance with established deadlines and Company policies and Accounting Principles (SP GAAP and IFRS)
-Monthly account review as well as reconciliation and control of the balance sheet and income statement
-Review of the alcohol tax
-Business partner for the interfaces
-Responsibility on ensuring Statutory requirements are met.
-Monitoring, ensuring and compliance with company guidelines
-Cooperation with tax advisors and auditors
-Support of projects in the finance sector
Qualifications
-Completed commercial training, preferably with further development in Finance (Balance Sheet Accountant) or university degree in finance
-5+ years of professional experience in accounting, in particular preparing monthly and annual financial statements
-Good knowledge of SAP / R3 FI and BW/EDW
-Good knowledge of dealing with MS OFFICE, especially Excel
-Very good written and spoken English
-Service mentality, friendly, safe, courteous demeanor
-Independent working
-Process / departmental thinking
-Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
