At InterContinental London Park Lane , we are currently looking to for a Finance Assistant to join the growing team.

Our Finance Assistants work closely with the operations and non-operations teams, as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, a FTSE 100 Company with a Global footprint that specialize in delivering True Hospitality for Good.

It’s important to remember your importance and reason for completing each job – working within the Finance team our Finance Assistants key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable – Assisting with supplier inquiries and invoice processing

  • Accounts Receivable – Assisting in AR billing & query resolution

  • Income Audit – Assist with the Daily Income Audit as per Checklist, resolving imbalances

  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with BSC team to daily & monthly accounting timelines as detailed in Accounting SOP’s

  • Other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as designated by the Head of Finance or the Finance Business Partner

Experience

  • Previous experience of working within a team environment preferred

  • Basic Excel knowledge essential, Advanced knowledge beneficial
