Are you an experienced and driven Electrical maintenance professional seeking an exciting new role?

Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company. I am supporting with their ongoing search for electrical maintenance engineer to work on a large, commercial site in the heart of the City.

* Salary Range: GBP48,000 – GBP50,000 (dependant on experience & qualifications)
* Static, large commercial site in Central London
* 4 on 4 off Days and Nights (12 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
* Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
* Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.

Requirements:
* NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
* LV/HV Authorised Person desirable
* 17th or 18th edition
* Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
