We are looking for a Department Manager, for our beautiful store on Købmagergade

The position is: 

Department Manager, Fulltime, limited term.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following mission:

-Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
-Leading, coaching, and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
-Communicating targets clearly and motivating the team to achieve them 
 

Operations

-Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications  
-Assortment and merchandise maintenance  
-Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale  
-Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor  
-Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor 
-Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates 
-Carrying out inventories 
-Operating cash register 
-Additional tasks related to the daily business
 

Experience & Technical Skills

-Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector

-First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers 
style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Excellent communication skills with customers 
style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends

-Fluent in English or native language of the country
