Your Impact as Country Regulatory Manager:
x1F680; Lead the regulatory strategy for Greece, influencing the authorization of cutting-edge plant protection products that will transform the agricultural landscape:

* Coordination of dossier preparation and submission for plant protection products on country level according to Regulation 1107/2009 in cooperation with internal Regulatory Team or external consultants.
* Cooperation with Regulatory Team to develop and implement the regional regulatory strategy, to meet submission deadlines and ensure timely product authorization.
* Meeting with regulatory authorities, CRO, laboratories, organizations to suport product registration and portfolio development.
* Preparation prioritization lists of regional registration activities in collaboration with key stakeholders and coordination the related regulatory activities for assigned portfolio.
* Managing the approved budget for projects.
* Monitor changes in national legislation related to active substances and plant protection products.
* Cooperation with country portfolio and product managers to identify data and studies required to suport products development.
* Work with the local sales/distributor and marketing team.

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success:
* Higher education in agronomy, chemistry, biology, or equivalent discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a country regulatory manager for plant protection products.
* Regulatory expertise, with experience dealing with regulatory authorities and a deep understanding of national legislation.
* Experience in preparation and submission process of applications
* Knowledge of risk assessment and experience with Regulation 1107/2209.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Greek;
* Self-motivation and ability to manage complex issues and prioritize workload.
