Main Purpose of Role 

Work with colleagues and clients to further NSF’s mission to Protect and Improve Human and Planet Health. To do this, you live the four NSF core values:

Tasks 

  • Onboard new clients and renew existing clients timely and seamlessly, taking care of the necessary paperwork.
  • Issue quotes, invoices, and certificates to clients timely and accurately.
  • Maintain and update databases.
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached.

The success criteria of the role: 

  • Clients are loyal to NSF because they have a seamless, simple, and world-class on-boarding and renewal experience.
  • Key accounts are delighted with NSF’s service, and don’t think twice about bringing more business to us.
  • Key accounts are managed holistically and proactively, by working as a team.
  • Queries are answered quickly.
  • Deliverables are within NSF and scheme owner timelines.
  • Budgeted audit count is reached monthly.
