Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionCommunity Manager Job DescriptionWe’ve got an exciting fixed term contract opportunity (8 weeks) for a Community Manager to join our Emmy Award-winning team, working with one of our partners – a banking company.Reporting to the Social Content Director, you will create social media content on this key account with the help of a team of project managers, content managers, editors and designers.For this role, French will be the main spoken language but resume review and the initial interview will be conducted in English.Responsibilities

  • Develop the social media presence for our client on TikTok, helping grow reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy skills.
  • Support the creation and management of content calendars for both paid and organic assets, and create copy with oversight from the team.
  • Work with social designers on the creation of assets, partnering with clients.
  • Work with our team to build and manage communities.
  • Support the creative brainstorming, community management, short and long-form social copywriting, scriptwriting, reporting.
  • Support social coverage for live events and marketing and junket shoots by briefing and managing high profile entertainment talent.
  • Ensure content and ideas that align with creative strategy and fit for purpose.
  • Remain up to date with the new trends on social media and translate this to clients in a reactive way, for both paid and organic content.
  • Work with the project management team to ensure the success in time and on budget, delivery of briefs.
  • Follow internal processes including timing plans, content calendars, wash up reports.
  • Work with clients and main partners to receive briefs and important information.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience working on social media
  • Must be passionate about social media, entertainment and pop culture.
  • Experience with platform business managers (i.e Facebook business manager, Twitter business, Snapchat for Business & TikTok)
  • Experience creating content for social media: static asset, short and long form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, memes
  • Experience running paid media campaigns – working with media agencies, understanding media KPIs, paid creative best practices
  • Experience building online communities, and an understanding of fandom communities in social spaces
  • Someone with experience delivering social campaigns at a national level
  • Experience working with clients by email, call or in-person
  • Experience working at a creative agency, ideally working with clients in the entertainment industry.
