Responsibilities

• General support of the Commercial and Marketing Team with the preparation and execution of the Commercial and Marketing agenda
• Support the coordination of consumer-targeted promotional activities (BTL)

• managing resources, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and controlling expenditures with opportunities to contribute with creative ideas and solutions
• Support broader marketing efforts (ATL), including drafting media briefs, managing assets and coordinating multi-market initiatives
• Market analyses on an ad-hoc basis
• Support in specific requests from sector/other markets
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and strategies in the marketing landscape
• Support in the budget process
• Actively contribute to strengthening the team’s collaboration via IT tools (e.g: Microsoft Teams)
• Other adhoc commercial and marketing tasks

Qualifications

• Experience/competencies required:
• Bachelor student in Marketing, Finance, Commercial etc. with the intention to study Masters
• Has relevant work experience from marketing/commercial or an interest for these functions
• Can confidently take initiative and start own projects, being organized throughout the process and have a result-oriented focus
• Is proactive and has a hands-on, positive mentality;
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to interact with different stakeholders and handle various tasks, while keeping the focus on the rights priorities
• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (DK/NO/SE) and English
• Excellent time and project management skills
