We are seeking a dynamic Cold Commissioning Supervisor to lead and execute end-of-line testing for hydrogen electrolyzers. If you have a knack for technical problem-solving and a passion for innovation, this role is for you!

Your tasks:

• Execute IO – end of line tests and functional tests on hydrogen electrolyzers in our state-of-the-art facility.

• Lead and coordinate a team of 3 – 6 test technicians, ensuring seamless workflow and high performance.

• Report testing progress to the production supervisor and ensure timely project handover for delivery.

• Tackle and resolve issues promptly, developing robust testing procedures in collaboration with management, engineering, quality control, and safety teams.

• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, implementing changes for greater efficiency.

• Maintain meticulous records and uphold strict safety regulations.

• Oversee the resolution of punch list items during and post-testing, ensuring customer-ready quality.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, or Process Automation.

• Multidisciplinary technician background or equivalent experience in a manufacturing/testing environment with a proven track record in technical problem-solving and quality decision-making.

• Strong technical acumen in manufacturing/testing processes and equipment, with the ability to guide and support test technicians effectively.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
