Club Manager
Salary: A‚¬36,000 – A‚¬48,000 + bonus
Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and overseeing all aspects of club operations , ensuring seamless daily functioning.
* Managing, training , and motivating teams across various departments to deliver top-notch service.
* Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines to maintain consistency and quality standards .
* Monitoring and improving the member journey, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
* Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.
* Overseeing budgets , resource allocation, and performance metrics to achieve operational excellence.
* Handling member feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Club Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong ability to manage and inspire a broad team , including Front of House, reception, gym, cleaning, and maintenance staff
* A solid understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement them effectively
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills
* Passion for optimizing the customer journey and creating a welcoming environment
