We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Zurich. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring compliance for SIX Clearing across the EU, ES, CH, and UK. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll manage key relationships with regulators and drive strategic regulatory changes for the organization.What You Will Do:

  • Monitor regulatory changes in CCP regulations across EU, ES, CH, and UK, translating them into actionable strategies for SIX Clearing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, and support preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings
  • Develop and implement regulatory policies, conducting research to provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Prepare governance documentation for approval processes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance
  • Act as the subject matter expert and key contact, managing relationships with regulatory authorities and business partners
  • Represent SIX in industry associations related to CCP Clearing (e.g., EACH, WFE), advocating for our interests

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; German is an advantage
  • Experience working with EU and Swiss regulatory frameworks, and a basic understanding of the financial markets or clearing landscape
  • Demonstrated analytical and research abilities with attention to detail and an independent work style
  • Willingness to take ownership of driving regulatory changes and managing relationships with regulatory bodies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with prior experience in financial services, regulatory, or compliance roles a plus
