Job Title: Cook / Chef de Partie

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Salary: A‚¬30,000-38,000 gross per year

For our client, a 5* luxury hotel opening in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Chef de Partie / Cook to join their culinary team.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the development and execution of daily menus.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service.
Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with procurement.
Contribute to maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste.

Key requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position.
Culinary education or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Strong technical skills in various cooking methods.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities.
Fluency in English;
