What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory)

Expected start date: asap (6 month paid contract)

Student status is mandatory

After the initial training, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and authors to:

· Develop clear, concise content- from documentation and tutorials to graphics and videos.

· Work closely with developers and designers to ensure technical accuracy and a seamless user experience.

· Work with cutting-edge AI tools and explore use cases to enhance our content creation and delivery processes.

· Collect and implement feedback on our help content, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our audience.

· Gain hands-on experience managing the content lifecycle, from creation to publication, using our CMS (IXIASoft DITA CCMS).

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

· You are currently enrolled at a university, studying preferably in the fields of Technical Communication, Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a similar field.

· You are proficient in English, both written and verbal.

· You have a genuine passion for translating complex technical information into content that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.

· You are reliable, organized and have excellent communication and planning skills.

· You are eager to learn new skills and technologies.

· You have experience with MS Office applications and preferably with a content management system, XML/DITA, Markdown, or graphics tools.
