We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales of flexible office solutions in Romania. This is an inside-sales role focused on calling, prospecting, and closing deals with companies of 200+ employees.

Your Experience

* Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
* Experienced in selling to enterprise clients
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Fluent in Turkish and English

Your Responsibilities
