Your role

-Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
-Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
-Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
-Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
-Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
 

Your skills

-Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
-Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
-Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
-Confident using IT systems
