You will support the Brand Processes & Content Manager in all activities related to Collection Presentations and/or other events, to facilitate coordination with involved departments, to ensure product availability for ADV and catalogue preparation, shooting and post shooting, to organize and deliver Sales Book/other projects.What makes you, makes Zegna

Liaise with Collection Coordination Managers/their teams to launch and to monitor production and delivery of ADV selected samples;
Manage ADV selected samples (inbound/outbound) for all activities related to shooting and shipments;
Manage ADV Samples warehouse providing samples on demand for different internal shootings or operative product meeting;
Support the organization of the Collection Presentations/other events with regard to all operational and logistics aspects, including monitoring of invoices against Budget and Actual;
Provide operational support for any shooting followed by the BPCM (documents, product availability etc) and for communications to Markets;
Manage the organization/logistic of the Sales Book shooting and the production of the Sales Book tool, leasing with external suppliers and internal departments;
Be the Office referent for invoices flow and approval for all activities defined by BPCM, contract management with legal/administration, and office tools purchasing;
