Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Manchester City Centre

The Role

We’re looking for someone who gets social and will quickly embrace our values and hit the ground running. Our clients include Neon Beach, Frock and Frill, Folio ID and more.

As Social Media Manager, you will take the lead with social editorial planning and publishing, 1-2-1 community engagement, and developing bold and exciting ways to activate social growth.

You will plan and create social content strategies and editorial calendars, develop creative concepts, and design briefs that deliver activations and social assets that take them on this journey.

Core responsibilities include:

• Creative copywriting and social publishing

• Briefing and working with our studio team to create best in class social content

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of editorial, creative, and strategic plans

• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying business development opportunities

• Offering strategic thinking, creative spark, and commercial understanding to develop plans

• Researching the latest social tools, platforms and trends – and working to ensure that we are the first to innovate and experiment

• Regular social updates to the internal team

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and how brands use social media

• 3+ years experience in a social media role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• An eye for creative content: both written and visual

• Excellent organisational, time management & team management skills

• The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details

• Proficiency in using a wide variety of social tools
