The position of Catering Assistant is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as General Assistant – Catering.

Your role

-Help prepare meals and drinks while following food hygiene standards
-Support customers and colleagues to deliver a high standard of service
-Keep kitchens, communal areas, and flats clean and tidy
-Report any faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment
-Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely
 

Your skills

-Experience with general cleaning duties (desirable)
-Some experience in a domestic or catering environment
-Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering, or willingness to work towards
-Good interpersonal and customer service skills
-Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace
