Your new role
As Associate Director, Insights & Analytics, you will:

-Define and execute the Insights & Analytics strategy, aligning with EUCAN business priorities and setting an annual insights deliverable roadmap.
-Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of four, ensuring clear roles, KPIs, and development plans.
-Act as the senior insights partner to the Senior Director, Corporate Affairs and other regional stakeholders, representing the function in cross-functional forums.
-Oversee the development and ongoing delivery of core insights products, ensuring timely, business-relevant, and actionable recommendations.
-Manage an annual insights and data purchase plan, including prescription data, GLP 1 sales, and patient and HCP market research.
-Partner with Marketing, Medical, Finance, and other stakeholders to embed insights into planning cycles and campaign execution.
-Drive adoption of insights through training, quarterly Affiliate Insights Community sessions, and clear reporting cadences.
-Own market share target setting guidance in collaboration with Finance and Marketing functions.

our skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

-+ 8 years of experience in insights, analytics, commercial excellence, or commercial business roles, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related life sciences.
-Proven track record of solving business questions and unlocking opportunities using insights across market data, prescription/HCP data, and patient and HCP market research.
-Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical outputs into business recommendations.
-Strong strategic thinking, prioritisation skills, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-country environment.
— Hands-on familiarity with data, BI, and analytics tools, preferably Power BI (PBI), and understanding of data concepts. –
-Proven experience leading and managing small to medium analytics or insights teams (direct management of 3-5 people) is a plus
– A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
