• doctoral (PhD) degree in discipline of the Earth and environment sciences (geology)
• experiences in didactics with students in the fields of Earth sciences, including geology
• documented scientific achievements in the fields of geology; publications in journals from the list of the Ministry of Education and Science (articles with Impact Factor required) and oral presentations during international conferences
• documented experiences in scientific and research projects; international cooperation
• Practical knowledge of specialized computer programs, knowledge and application of GIS in geology;
• knowledge of English (including specialized in geology) in speech and writing
• knowledge of Polish
