• Have PhD degree in the humanities or social sciences;
• Demonstrate interests in methodology of social sciences; Publication addressing methodological issues (including an in-depth reflection on one’s own research practice) will be an additional advantage;
• Have firmly outlined research plans relating to current problems of education;
• Experience in participating in research or educational projects would be an advantage;
• Speak English on communicative and higher levels; knowledge of a second language would be an advantage;
• Committed to work fulltime at the University of Lodz as their first workplace;
• Fluent in writing and speaking Polish regarding the necessity of teaching in this language.
