Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestWe are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing yearly maintenance plans, financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Site CPM to achieve our goals.As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative, coordinating communication across stakeholders.
  • Planning and managing performance of MLNG CSA (Malaysia LNG Contractual Service Agreement) and other assigned contracts.
  • Ensuring timely issue resolution, keeps customer informed, and negotiates changes.
  • Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
  • Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

  • Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role.
  • Have an PMP certification would be preferred.
  • Be adaptable to dynamic contract requirements and cultural differences.
  • Be able to demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope with strategic vision.
