Assistant General Manager – Premium Restaurant Group

The Concept:

The Role:
This is a super high-volume business – circa A£10million turnover – so proven experience at this level is essential. The operation spans two floors, a PDR and a busy bar, requiring someone confident across every moving part of a multifaceted venue.

This role suits a commercially minded leader who still thrives on the floor. Someone obsessed with the detail, energised by service, and able to lead from the front while keeping the operation calm, controlled and organised. You will oversee a large team, driving performance, standards and culture in equal measure.

Who They Should Be:

* A strong track record in high-volume, fast-paced premium restaurants – circa A£10million turnover
* Solid bar management experience alongside robust restaurant operations exposure
* Comfortable leading large teams in multifaceted venues spanning multiple floors and revenue streams
* Commercially astute with strong financial understanding and P&L awareness
* Hands-on leader who still enjoys being on the floor and setting the tone for service
* Solutions-focused with exceptional attention to detail
* Able to demonstrate success within a premium restaurant group
* New openings experience desirable
* High energy, strong presence and genuine ownership mentality
* Passionate about building teams, developing people and creating a positive, high-performing culture
