• Master’s degree in management
• a scientific background in innovation management or business management or the use of modern technologies,

knowledge in the following areas:business managementmodern ICT technologies in the enterpriseAI tools and systems in the enterprise * knowledge and use of MS Office software and applications supporting research processes (e.g. Statistica, VOSviewer and others),

• very good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written – willingness to teach in a foreign language,

additional assets: active participation in scientific conferences, activity in organising scientific conferences, experience in carrying out research or teaching projects, experience in running a business.Specific RequirementsThe applicants must meet the requirements specified in Art. 113 and Art. 116 of the July 20, 2018 Act – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742) and in the Statutes of the University of Szczecin and meet the criteria indicated in the competition.Languages POLISH Level ExcellentLanguages ENGLISH Level ExcellentAdditional InformationEligibility criteriaCandidates entering the competition should submit the following documents: * a statement of compliance with requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 742 as amended);

• an application letter;
• candidate’s CV and questionnaire;
• certified copies of documents confirming the master’s degree in management, and in the case of documents prepared in a language other than Polish, also a certified translation of the document into Polish and a certificate of equivalence of the diploma with the Polish master’s degree;
• a statement that the University of Szczecin will be the candidate’s main place of work;
• a candidate’s consent for the processing of personal data by the University of Szczecin in the recruitment process on a form available at the university’s website.
