Daily Duties

* Preparing detailed architectural and technical drawings for residential developments
* Developing designs from concept through planning, technical and construction stages
* Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Assisting with planning submissions and addressing technical queries
* Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
* Maintaining accurate drawing packages and technical documentation
* Supporting site visits and assisting with design coordination during construction

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Architectural Technician or equivalent experience within residential development
* Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
* Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with good IT skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator and effective team player
* Substantial UK based industry experience with recent Residential (ideally developer led) exposure
* Passionate about high-quality design and delivering well-considered residential schemes
