Your mission, roles and responsibilities

L’apprenti(e) renforcera l’expertise tribologique de FORVIA pour améliorer la performance, la fiabilité et la durabilité des systèmes mécaniques. En développant de nouveaux protocoles d’essais, en analysant les phénomènes d’usure et en intégrant les enjeux de développement durable — réduction des PFAS et des CMR, optimisation des ressources — il/elle contribuera à accélérer la mise au point de solutions plus robustes et plus responsables.

• Réaliser des études bibliographiques sur les paramètres influençant le frottement.
• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’expérience adaptés aux triplets tribologiques.
• Mener les essais de frottement et assurer la caractérisation complète des échantillons avant/après test (topographie, propriétés physico‑chimiques et mécaniques, coefficient de frottement, modes d’usure).
• Analyser et synthétiser les résultats sous forme de rapports techniques et de présentations.
• Développer des standards de travail et des méthodologies d’analyse.
• Utiliser l’ensemble des équipements du laboratoire (interféromètre optique, tribomètre, MEB, …)
• Travailler en mode gestion de projet avec les différentes équipes.
