The Role

Missions principales :

1. Pénétration testing et sécurité offensive

• Inventorier et comprendre les différentes applications utilisées au niveau des infrastructure clients de Kyndryl. Comprendre leurs structures et identifier les problématiques sécurités associées (Réseaux, systèmes, environnements hybrides et cloud, applications et API).
• Participer à la réalisation de tests d’intrusion sur des infrastructures internes (réseaux, systèmes, environnements hybrides et cloud, applications et API).
• Contribuer aux différentes phases des tests : reconnaissance, identification de vulnérabilités, exploitation contrôlée, analyse d’impact et évaluation des risques.
• Utiliser et amélioration des outils de sécurité offensive (scanners, frameworks de pentest, outils d’exploitation).
• Participer à la rédaction de rapports de pentest et à la restitution des résultats auprès des équipes techniques et sécurité.
• Partager les résultats et participer à la rédaction des plans de remédiations.

2. Automatisation et IA agentique appliquées à la cybersécurité

• Concevoir et développer des scripts et outils permettant d’automatiser des tests de sécurité.
• Explorer et mettre en œuvre des approches d’IA agentique pour orchestrer et enrichir les campagnes de tests d’intrusion.
• Travailler sur l’utilisation de modèles de langage (LLM), d’agents autonomes et de workflows intelligents pour améliorer l’efficacité et la couverture des tests.
• Contribuer à la veille technologique autour de l’IA appliquée à la cybersécurité.

3. Collaboration et amélioration continue

• Collaborer avec les équipes sécurité, infrastructures, cloud et applicatives de Kyndryl.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des méthodologies, des outils et des bonnes pratiques de sécurité offensive.
• Participer aux activités de partage de connaissances et de retour d’expérience.

Who You Are

Profil recherché

Formation :

• Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur (Bac+3 / Bac+5)
• Spécialisation en cybersécurité, réseaux, systèmes, informatique ou data / IA.

Compétences techniques souhaitées :

• Bonnes bases en réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, segmentation, firewalling).
• Connaissances des systèmes Linux et Windows.
• Premières notions en sécurité offensive, tests d’intrusion ou CTF appréciées.
• Compétences en programmation, en particulier Python.
• Intérêt fort pour l’automatisation, l’IA agentique et les nouvelles technologies.

Qualités personnelles :

• Curiosité technique et esprit d’analyse.
• Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l’éthique.
• Capacité à documenter et vulgariser des sujets techniques.
• Goût pour l’innovation et l’expérimentation.
