Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: London & M25 Region
Salary: GBP58,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Career Progression

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business offering a strong package, consistent commercial work, and a clear long-term career path.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial environments. The role will have a strong focus on complex diagnostics and fault-finding.

Key duties include:

* Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems
* Carrying out fault-finding and complex diagnostic work
* Working on some chiller systems
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations
* Supporting junior engineers where required

The role is primarily based in and around the M25, with approximately 90% of work within the education, healthcare, and hotel sectors.

Requirements:

* F-Gas qualified
* Full UK driving licence
* NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning (beneficial)
* Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
* Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems
* Experience with chillers (desirable)
* Knowledge of heat pumps, FCUs, and AHUs (advantageous)
* Based within or near the M25
