In this internship, you will participate in the creation and execution of a communication platform and learn about the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence within JDE Peet’s. You will develop insights into the opportunities and challenges that large corporations with a complex matrix organization face as they adopt AI responsibly.Your responsibilities will be to support the following activities:

  • Identify communities of interest on AI and our (communication related) challenges
  • Brainstorm ideas and structure them into a communication plan to help JDE Peet’s use AI responsibly
  • Create impactful and effective communication materials and routines
  • Nurture the creation of a Responsible AI culture and mindset across the organization

QualificationsAre you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Content design and creation (graphics, text, video, web etc.), fluent proficiency in speaking and written English and experience with MS Office.
  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, excellent communication and people skills, the ability to work both in a team and independently and passion for revolutionary technologies, especially AI.
  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from 2nd of September to January.
  • Availability: You can join the internship for 4 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet’s and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
